What should I expect in the first session?
Your first session will be an assessment where we discuss your concerns, goals, and what you hope to achieve through therapy. This helps us plan the best approach for your needs.
How much do sessions cost?
Individual therapy sessions are £60 for 50 minutes. Online sessions are £55. We also offer sliding scale fees for students and those experiencing financial hardship.
Do you offer online therapy?
Yes, we offer secure online therapy sessions that are just as effective as in-person meetings. All you need is a private space and stable internet connection.
Is therapy confidential?
Absolutely. Everything you share in therapy is strictly confidential. There are only very rare exceptions related to safety, which we would discuss with you.
How long does therapy typically take?
This varies greatly depending on your individual needs and goals. Some people benefit from short-term focused work (6-12 sessions), while others prefer longer-term support.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We understand that life happens. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid charges. We'll work with you to reschedule at your convenience.
